In this workshop you will learn ways of connecting deeper with Earth, or Gaia and also learnt to recognize that part of each of us we often overlook through ignorance of its presence perhaps: our elemental selves.

We will visit places local to Gort, adapting the pattern begun during the visit to the Burren by Marko Pogacnik in late May. Newcomers always welcome!

Using some specific Gaia Touch exercises, sound, and contemplation we will tune into Gaia at the sites and work together with the intent to become more conscious of the Earth as a living complex being.

We can have a picnic lunch in Coole Park which has toilet and cafe facilities.  I will explain the exercises in a way that we can relax more into them and trust our inner processes.

The energies are fast changing in our planet so the exact local itinerary accordingly on the day.

I use sites I am well familiar with and the previous workshop have been very well received by those participating.
