Biofield Tuning is a healing modality in the area of sound therapy. A practitioner uses the vibrations of tuning forks in the energy field around a client. Another name for this energy field is the Biofield. However there is more to Biofield Tuning than viewing it as a form of sound healing. It is in the biofield that all our memories and stuck feelings and thought patterns remain. This is because the plasma surrounding us records everything we experience. It is truly the case and some physicists are acknowledging this function. And Biofield Tuning works by clearing our surrounding plasma that connects us with the wider world, so we may function with beauty and flow.
Sounds that Heal
Firstly, have you ever experienced sound healing? Sound healing is indeed a powerful form of non-invasive healing. More and more people are sensing how sound healing is an appropriate healing medium for our current collective problems. When we absorb the frequencies of particular sound waves we feel better. When a person plays an instrument or voice with intent to heal, the sounds can cut though many or our blockages in our energy bodies, as if we are undergoing a detox and renewal of our natural energies.
Grounding is always important
We used to sense our connection to the Earth far more. Now we have to work at keeping the connection alive. We benefit from remaining grounded and connected to the Earth through these intense times of transition. The starting premise is to ground the client to earth. We need to integrate our energy centres in order to become effective in the world. And we need to view each level as no better than the other as they all work in symphony to make a wholesome whole person.

I believe both the Earth and her inhabitants are having to adjust to newer and rarer electro magnetic frequencies. In order to adjust we need to cast aside our old blockages and warped thinking. This is where Biofield Tuning can play a vital role. It is possible to tune living plants. You may have read about plants responding well to people talking to them. It is their heart connection that is felt as we are all interconnected through the powerful instrument of the heart.
Working Energetically with Trees
When I do tree workshops I connect with the tree from my heart and when I strike the tuning fork to direct and amplify my love, the aura or energy field of the tree extends. Private sound healing sessions with tuning forks, augmented with occasional use of instruments and vocal sounds
After grounding the client we open to the cosmic forces. Then the forks can begin the fascinating work of detecting the anomalies in your electro magnetic field. As the sound of the forks gently coax your energy field into a coherent flow the client feels lighter and more present. This is a wonderful combination of being both grounded and ready to move on. Biofield tuners are trained to recognise the areas in your life that are stuck and can even pinpoint the time at which you started to deviate from a coherent flow due to some trauma occurring. It still surprises me how much I can read from a client’s field as to the root emotional and psychological causes of their lack of flow.
Since 2017 I have been practising this form of sound healing. It augments my work with the earth energies, because they both are about electro-magnetic resonance. In my 1:1 remote or physical treatments I offer exclusively Biofield Tuning. I work with your own time line, using tuning forks or instruments to remove any blockages in your energetic field. This method helps you recognise and release your blockages. Often your recognition and acceptance of major or minor past events helps the trapped energy move out of your energy body.

In addition tuning can be done with animals and I have helped cats remotely to revive themselves when feeling ill. Businesses and objects can be tuned too! One client who is an established artist was so impressed with her own progress that she bought a tuning fork and tuned all her works before a grand opening at an art gallery and her works almost sold out, which was phenomenal for her.

Healing sounds in Nature for self-healing
When I use the instruments outside on my eco wellness tours in beautiful nature, I have observed their deep healing and balancing properties. I facilitate clients to balance and heal themselves through toning the pure sounds that emanate from tuning forks.
Background Experience
For some years I had witnessed my tour clients benefit from sessions with an experienced tuning fork healer who offered her services on my Scottish tours. By then I had already undertaken some modules with the founder of vibrational healing, Fabien Maman. His method applies forks directly on the body’s acupuncture points, but I was experiencing deeper healing on myself when the forks were administered off the body, in the auric field. I then stumbled across Biofield Tuning via a friend’s recommendation. Later I learnt vocal techniques as developed by various researchers.

To summarise I chose to learn this specific modality, which is highly effective, and I also use vocal sounds to facilitate deep healing.
